ALERT PUBLISHING will replace any title that you buy from us that you are dissatisfied with for any reason. Please understand that this needs to be brought to our attention within 60 days of your receipt of your order.
PAYMENT is expected upon placing of the order through use of credit card or business check. Purchase orders are accepted and payment is expected, after we process the purchase order, within 30 days.
NORMAL SHIPPING CHARGES are calculated based on TOTAL DOLLAR VALUE of the order (See chart below). Normal shipment is normal UPS and will usually be delivered 2-3 days after shipment. Normal shipment will be sent out of our warehouse within 3 days of order placement. Expedited plus next day delivery doubles normal shipping charges.
